A new icon is piercing the Ras Al Khaimah skyline, heralding a transformative era for tourism in the United Arab Emirates. The highly anticipated Wynn Al Marjan Island is rapidly taking shape, with its main tower soaring to the 70th floor and nearing its full 305-meter height. This significant construction milestone keeps the landmark integrated resort firmly on track for its grand opening in the spring of 2027.

Developed by Wynn Resorts in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, the project is set to become the first integrated resort with gaming facilities in the UAE. Construction is advancing at a remarkable pace across the 60-hectare site. Topping-out of the tower is expected by the end of November 2025, marking a pivotal moment in its development. Progress is visible across the board, with 73% of the striking façade panels already installed and the low-rise structures now 97% complete.

The interior of this monumental destination is also buzzing with activity. Structural work for nearly all of the 1,530 rooms, suites, and exclusive estates is finished, and interior fit-outs are underway in approximately 98% of the units.

More Than a Resort: A New Benchmark for Luxury and Entertainment

Wynn Al Marjan Island is poised to be a game-changer for Ras Al Khaimah, aligning with the emirate’s vision to become a regional leader in sustainable tourism and attract over 3 million visitors annually by 2030. The resort is designed to be a destination in itself, offering an unparalleled collection of amenities.

Guests will have a choice of 22 distinct restaurants, lounges, and bars, including a sophisticated French-American steakhouse by the legendary chef Alain Ducasse and the celebrated supper club concept, Delilah, from Las Vegas.

Beyond world-class dining, the resort will feature:

  • A state-of-the-art 7,700-square-metre events center, named Coral Court, complete with a grand ballroom and six meeting rooms for everything from international galas to dream weddings.
  • An opulent spa, a high-end shopping promenade, and a specially designed theater for exclusive entertainment.
  • A vibrant beach club, 12 swimming pools, and a 420-meter stretch of pristine private beach.
  • A deep-water marina designed to welcome superyachts from around the globe.

For those seeking the pinnacle of exclusivity, the resort will house “Enclave,” a boutique resort-within-a-resort on the upper floors, offering private amenities and bespoke services.

A Catalyst for Growth and Opportunity

The economic impact of the multi-billion-dollar project is already being felt, stimulating demand for residential properties and creating new business opportunities throughout Ras Al Khaimah. As the first establishment to secure a gaming license in the UAE, Wynn Al Marjan Island represents a pioneering step for the nation’s hospitality and entertainment landscape. With its steady progress and a clear vision for luxury, the resort is not just building a structure; it’s crafting a new future for tourism in the region.
