Dubai’s iconic Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower, has announced its global sales launch on February 19. The 725-meter architectural marvel will be unveiled in seven major cities, including Dubai (Conrad Hotel)Hong Kong (The Peninsula)London (The Dorchester)Mumbai (JW Marriott Juhu)Singapore (Marina Bay Sands)Sydney (Four Seasons Hotel), and Tokyo (Palace Hotel).

Developed by Azizi Developments, the 131-plus-storey tower will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road, featuring a mix of residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces. The project is slated for completion by 2028, promising to redefine luxury living and global skyscraper standards.

A Landmark Tribute to Dubai’s Global Prominence

Mirwais Azizi, founder and chairman of Azizi Developments, expressed his pride in the project, stating, “Projects like Burj Azizi happen only once in a generation. It’s not just a structure; it’s a tribute to Dubai’s ever-growing prominence on the global stage.”

The tower is set to break multiple records, including:

  • Highest hotel lobby on level 111
  • Highest nightclub on level 126
  • Highest restaurant on level 122
  • Highest hotel room on level 118

At its pinnacle, Burj Azizi will feature a special museum showcasing the building’s evolution through multimedia exhibits, including photos, videos, and graphics, honoring the personalities involved in its creation.

Unparalleled Amenities and Luxury Living

Burj Azizi will offer 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, complemented by amenity floors every 20 levels. These floors will include:

According to Property Finder, the city recorded 180,987 transactions worth Dh522.5 billion, marking a 36.5% increase in volume and a 27.2% rise in value compared to 2023. Dubai is already home to 33 towers taller than 300 meters, the highest number globally. Among the world’s 100 tallest skyscrapers, Dubai boasts 14, including landmarks like the Burj KhalifaMarina 101, and Ciel Tower.
